Murray said he hits like a heavyweight. George groves sparred with him and sent him home because he was too good. Everybody's scared of him because unfortunately he's TOO good. The causals don't know him because he's not a **** talker so to other elite boxers he aint worth the risk.. a real shame.

He is clearly a much better more proven fighter than Wilder. He is the best middleweight in the world by a wide margin. Wilder has not come even close to proving he is the best heavyweight in the world. Wilder might make more money than GGG because he is a heavyweight and top heavyweights generally make more money than top middleweights. I'm not sure which one of them makes more money but there is no doubt that GGG is the better fighter.

I don't think Wilder has made more than GGG since the Lemieux fight. Wilder is usually around $1 mil to $1.5 mil. GGG is usually around $1.5-$2 mil

So there's your answer. How can these B siders expect more than the mans career high?

Because it would also be GGG's highest payday.

I don't think the Ts gets it, it's not that they're unable to bring Eubank here, it's that he's got way more value in the UK and Ggg is looking for exposure in that lucrative market. For sure the fight makes more money in the UK

I get it and I already knew the exposure card would be played. I love the UK boxing scene and the crowds are great. But fighters don't go to the UK to become stars. Fighters come to the US to become stars. That's why Joshua is coming here. That's why Lewis fought here. That's why Khan fought here. Fighters go to the UK for a check when they can't get one here. This is no disrespect but if you want to be star in boxing you have to fight here. That's why Floyd was able to make more money than the Heavyweight champion of the past 11 years. Klitschko was a star in Europe, Floyd was a star in America and worldwide.

And where's this money coming from? I mean the purses for his fights are going up but let's be reasonable. All of these require ppv and he's still not a proven ppv A side. I doubt Lemieux or Saunders get more than 1.5m vs Canelo never mind anywhere else

DiBella said he could make money on a $5 mil purse. Ryabinski said he could make money on a $7 mil purse. He said he was losing money by taking the card to Russia. Wilder is not a bigger star than GGG and Povetkin isn't even known in America. So if GGG is a bigger star than Wilder and Jacobs is more known than Povetkin, why can't K2 make money on a $6 mil dollar purse?

But at a level below Floyd you can do better in the UK due to their ppv system. That's why you got guys like Froch making 10m+ vs Groves, Haye making a killing vs Ruiz or Audley, or Joshua selling big on ppv. In the US the biggest network fights have 3m budgets. Beyond that it's ppv, and nobody's buying these days
