I said "starting to reach HBO levels of irritation" in the post you're replying to.

Watching it last night made me realize how much better CBs is then NBC for this. The announcers are already locked in with Showtime and are great (with the exception of Runallo)

      For me it goes

      CBS
      Fox / Spike
      And a distant 4th NBC

Don't get me wrong I like the fights NBC puts on but the rest of the show needs improvement

Yeah the camera work from this cast was really good. Director knew when to cut around with close ups by the ropes and get the action.

Yeah you could tell this wasn't their first rodeo, just brought it to a bigger platform and it worked great. Watching Paulie & Bernstein do their thing makes me realize how sh.itty HBo has become.

Like Lampley & Kellerman don't even talk about the fight they'd rather tell stories, I think because they can influence the audience easier that way.

I remember the Vargas /Bradley fight they went like 6 rounds without talking about what was going on in the actual fight. It's become boxing for dummies

The 1 thing I like a about NBC though is that slow motion 360 cam they got , I think the same thing that is they use in the NFL , that gives some sick angles
But the NBC telecasts seem very watered down in my opinion.

The shouting **** thinks he's a WWE announcer.
He is actually a WWE announcer

Perfect event to have on CBS last night. Great night for boxing.

Deontay Wilder vs Anthony Joshua needs to be on CBS.

That would be crazy. However, seeing how Showtime lost the bid for the Povetkin fight and the whole fiasco they caused, Povetkin and mgmt should kneel to a PBC CBS agreement
