This was a fight they should have made in the first place. Broner vs Pacquiao probably sells well, because Broner is a draw.

People want to see Broner:

a) Get his ass kicked
b) They actually thoroughly enjoy his comments/banter.

This would definitely beat Pacquiao vs Bradley III. I imagine 700,000-800,000 PPV buys. Maybe more.
