As if it didn't take long enough to land a fight date for the rematch between Tyson Fury and Wladimir Klitschko, the heavyweight championship bout hits yet another bump in the road.

The sequel - due to take place July 9 in Manchester, England - has been officially postponed after Fury revealed through social media on Friday that he will need time to heal a sprained ankle injury sustained during training camp.

Fury knew that on the 9th, his time was up. Fakes an injury to buy some time and now he has a readymade excuse for when he gets stomped out.

    Same story with Thurman.

I said before I'll say it again fatboy cant live the lifestyle of a champion -- just a few days ago I said he would fake injury to indulge his fat ass.

Kinda of a ****ty thing to do not informing Klitschko. He's been training and doing press conferences and Fury's team have known for at least a week that the fight was off. Unless they're claiming Fury just got injured. If they're claiming Fury just got injured they're lying

fury's got a track record of pulling out of fights, but honestly, when the dudes are this big and they want to get int shape for box for 12 rounds, it's going to happen.

can't accuse fury of anything just yet. at lest, the only thing you can get on him for is being so out of shape between fights. most people couldn't run a mile if they were that size, never mind several in the morning, and then hit the gym at night.

this is pathetic if it can be confirmed. dude comes up lame from running, an injury for which you've greatly increased the risk if you're carrying extra weight. then he goes out drinking? how the f#ck are you going to slim down if you're on the town and getting sh#Tfaced? michelob ultras and salad for dinner?

The guy has been saying it since earlier this week. He said the fight has been off for weeks. He even said Fury will cancel it next week or early fight week citing an injury (the timing is the only part he got wrong).

When are they claiming the injury happened? If it happened a two weeks ago (since they last posted a training video) and he's been out partying, they've known for two weeks the fight is off. If it happened yesterday then I need to get in touch with this guy to get some lottery numbers. That bruising looks pretty fresh.

And another thing are the ticket sales. I posted that article yesterday saying Wembley turned Fury down because of his remarks. Klitschko's manager was mad because according to the rematch clause they have to maximize revenue. Klitschko and his team wanted in Germany again but agreed to come the UK. But they were expecting a bigger venue. They might have to move this fight back to Germany.
