Will the Crawford vs. Postol PPV do better than 97K?

My prediction for the PPV is 100K. I think it will narrowly best Mr. 97K.

Crawford vs. Postol is a solid fight. I hope Crawford punishes that clinching piece of s**t Postol.

Crawford might get some PPV buys from the Nubian Supremacist crowd since he is black and undefeated (if he loses once they'll abandon him though), plus it seems like the peckerwoods are fond of him since he's from Nebraska so some of them might buy the PPV. I doubt Postol attracts anybody to buy the PPV other than the 5 Ukrainians on here who worship the Clinchkos, Lomaclinchko, and Clinchstol.

Bob Arum is smart by loading the undercard with young Mexicans. Gilberto Ramirez, Oscar Valdez and Jose Benavidez Jr. should be able to lure some Mexican and Mexican-American fans to buy the PPV.

The best fight will probably be Jose Benavidez Jr. vs. Francisco Santana, .

Hopefully Crawford (if he wins) won't think he's the PPV King if he tops 97K though, that won't be good. Hoes these days think they call the shots after they crack 97K.

Naw man I think this does a little over 50k. Pretty crappy under card and there aren't any Russians that are going to support and buy the fight

      Oh yeah no doubt.

GGG-Lemieux would have had a lot more PPV buys too if Ramirez, Valdez and Benevidez was on their undercard.

I doubt it cracks 150k... Probably do between 85-130k

Maybe if it had a better undercard, like if it had:
        Walters-loma
        Marquez vs TBA

Then I think it would do decent enough buys

There is a pretty solid chance it sells under GGG-Lemieux's 150k buys.

Not that we'll find out anyway. HBO said in the beginning of the year that they are leaving the responsibility of announcing PPV #s to promoters.

Really depends on the price. How much is it? At typical prices I predict 50k, if it's cheaper, maybe 75 to 90k. Fantastic match-up, just a shame they put these two together before properly building them up.

Weird number to choose that... 97k.

Probably should have chosen the more real 150k.

That's misleading because Crawford and Postol's purses will probably lower than GGG and Lemieux's. They don't need a ton of buys to break even.

A good match up happening when it is suppose to happen but is not PPV material.

Neither guy is a star enough to carry an event with those expectations.

I hope they prove me wrong
