This fatty deposit theory is an intriguing one. I guess the chemical was dormant and undetectable until Povetkin had a really really hard workout? Wow! I'm no chemist but that sounds kind of inconsistent with the way drugs work.

Here is Raybinsky problem in his lawsuit. They admitted using meldonium. So the foundation of any doping comments is there. To prove defamation he would have to demonstrate that Wilder's comments were baseless. They aren't and although Wilder may be wrong, he came to a reasonable conclusion that the general public could come to given the publicized facts. World of Boxing can only hope for a draw in this fight. Only the WBC can save them. Any suspension cooks their goose.

Your probably so thick headed you think it's like drinking coffee....
You talking the way you are is the exact reason Wilder is now going to have to defend himself in court.

It's a shame it has had to come to this as clearly it is going to effect Wilder and his young family, I thought his was an inspiring rags to riches tale.
You do realize the article if written by his Povetkins promotional company right? They been saying the same ish for a min, but haven't heard anything from WADA and WBC pulled the fight. Clearly there is more than what WOB is letting on.

Seriously. In the age of transparency and accountability, boxing is still a hub of shady activity. Hell, after all these years we still have Don fking King.
Something like "deflate-gate" would be just another Saturday night in boxing.

Funny how many of you take an article written by the plaintiffs of a case that the said article is written about as truth. I've yet to hear anything from WADA/VADA or WBC. All I'm hearing is what WOB is claiming. No evidence

WBC was forced to pospone the fight
VADA merely reports the testing.... they don't do anything else or label anyone a cheater, etc.
The WBC postponed the fight well before any required to be attended events took place. Therefore, Wilder did NO SHOW anything. Recall that the post January 1 standards are VADA standards. As such, they reported the testing results as adverse. Meaning not in alignment with the testing standards.

He was going to court anyway for the lawsuit he filed against World of Boxing and Povetkin.
