We went through this with Chaves. First they announce the fight, then the postponement, then the cancelation. Vargas isn't getting 1.7 million, not if Kell has to take less, and nobody wants to pay that kind of money for that kind of fight. A high priced import Jr welter against a big expensive welter at home. Where's the attraction?
