To me the winner is decided on a few factors. If Lomachenko beats Salido next then makes history and wins a title at 135 and then goes straight to 140 for one fight then I think he has a good chance to beat Pacquiao if the fight is at 140. If it is at 147 I think that is too much weight for him and Pacquiao wins. Especially if Pacquiao is active going into the fight

Pacquiao is still working out which is great. Isnt fat or our of shape, all he has to do set the pace and loma wont know how to counter the awkward angles of manny. Loma is skilled, but manny is wise. I was at the last fight with bradley, he was SO fast. At age 38 lol, mosley at 38 looked horrible and manny was facing someone with different looks last outing, not just a chump. I think tim bradley beats loma lmao
