First of all I'm saying that for most fight fans - but obv not you - Eubank would be a more attractive fight than Lara.

Secondly on looking at your link the title doesn't match what Golovkin is quoted as saying. Third - that is from 3 years exactly ago. Things change you know - like Canelo comes in at 175+, back then Canelo was not the MW champion and hadn't yet thought at 155. And GGG wasn't the mandatory to Canelo back then.

And 4thly - what has Ward and Canelo got to do with which is a better fight for this September - Lara or Eubank.

You have to show intent to get a fight. Spence was chasing Thurman 12-18 months ago. Now he has done something the fight makes sense, back then not so much. Same deal with Lara, losing to Canelo and beating Vanes doesn't really count as doing something. Do Something. Anything.

I agree that Eubank would be a more attractive fight.

And I definitely agree that Eubank would be a more attractive fight, for Golovkin fans LMAO

That is my whole point really.

But yea, so what...... it could be more attractive than Canelo/Golovkin as well, but that makes no difference whatsoever. And I didn't hear Canelo making those kind of excuses when Lara's name came up.

Lara is a tricky southpaw who is notoriously difficult to look good against, that is why they won't fight him, not for any of those other reasons.

Boxing is all about matchmaking, and matchmaking is all about styles/risk/reward.

Golovkin is obviously subject to the exact same risk/reward decisions as every other fighter..... it is clearly obvious that they are fighting the guys who they want to fight, and they are avoiding the guys who they don't want to fight..... just like everyone else.

That is why they were willing to fight everyone else at 168 but then pulled that catchweight stunt on Ward..... that is why they were willing to consider 154 for Mayweather and 157 for Kell Brook but not willing to even negotiate with Canelo.

And your reason (excuse) to justify why Team Bull**** completely failed to live up to their promises..... "that is from 3 years exactly ago. Things change you know"..... is really weak.

I will show you how weak that excuse is.....

Remember when Canelo said " I'm ready..... we don't fk around " ?

Yea well, that was then, this is now..... things change ^^

See how bad that was ?

And nope, you don't get to decide when a lie expires..... there is no statute of limitations on a lie..... especially since Team Golovkin made that very same "anyone from 154-168" comment about 2 weeks ago.

      You are just making excuses.

The fact is, it is clearly obvious that Golovkin is subject to the exact same risk/reward decisions as every other fighter.

Read that statement again..... Golovkin is subject to the exact same risk/reward decisions as every other fighter...... there is no hate, no bashing him, no denying that he is a terrific fighter, no outlandish or non-obvious claims whatsoever.....

..... you guys just can't keep it real is all.
