Was it Top Rank or was it Sosa's other promoter?
If it was Top Rank then I don't understand why they didn't give it to Walters.
Maybe Fortuna didn't want to fight Walters? Who knows.

If Sosa gets the upset then Walters should get the rematch. If not then Walters may still be able to fight Fortuna.
