I think he'd had it exposed earlier in his career too.
Not quite as bad as Khan's I think, but that was his major downfall.

Had one of the best right hands, and right hand counters of that entire era.
Not knocking on him. He had a great boxing style and that right hand will level most. He was able to throw that left hand in a 4 punch combo. His chin will give in when you least expected it.
