You don't invest on a shot punching bag fighter who has ALREADY expressed interest in hanging them up.

If Rios can figure out his weight situation and keep that in control, you can do something with him still. He's already an old 30 years old, but he's a SoCal fighter, he's TV friendly, and Golden Boy seems to stay focused on TV-friendly SoCal fighters.
