    I was thinking that too but ultimately voted for Ali Berbieck. I think the most recent time he took punishment in a boxing ring played a major role in his health problem during retirement.

      i think it was Frazier who did most of the damage on ali brain.

        I'd say him vs Foreman. He wasn't in his prime obviously but he could still move, the ring mat wasn't set up correctly so he couldn't move as much as he wanted. He was in top shape for a post-prime Ali. He took FULL Foreman power bodyshots for so many rounds that fight and he never looked the same again. Even when he fought Frazier the third time, physically he never looked the same and that was only a year after. He fought Wepner, looked in terrible condition in there too. I think that got the ball moving but he most likely took the most damage in the Thrilla in Manilla, bodyshots for 14 rounds, headshots, the heat....insanity.
