For Garcia, they're equally legit. Brook has beaten 1 guy with a name (he's only fought 1 guy with a name) and isn't very well known in the states. Kahn has losses but we know he can hang with anyone at 147 and he beings an audience.

Honestly, I'd put it equal. If Brook had just one more good name under his belt, or if he looks stunning in the Vargas fight, I'd lean toward Brook. As it stands, I'd give him equal credit.
