Who are the best white American boxers ever? I think it goes something like...

1: Jerry Quarry
2: Kelly Pavlik
3: Tommy Morrison
4: Gene Tunney
5: Joe Smith Jr.
6: Chris Algieri
7: Butterbean

I'm not sure, though. How do you see it? And remember, Mexicans and South Americans and Puerto Ricans, generally anything from south of USA, such as Danny Garcia, doesn't count.

And by the way, let's be mature an keep racism out of this thread, it's just to find interesting information through history.

Algieri is from Argentinian descent so he doesn't count.

Danny Garcia is the best one currently ,Sammy Vasquez is the best prospect.

Paulie Malignaggi and Robert Guerrero are done, Chris Algieri and Mauricio Herrera are on the slide. It'll be be interesting to see what these Light heavyweights do.. Joe Smith Jr, Radivoje Kalajdzic, Sean Monaghan.

This is not a trolling thread, it's about boxing history. And it's not about race baiting. As I said, europe produces great white fighters all the time. Wladimir, Vitali, Fury, Froch, Kessler, Calzaghe, Kovalev, etc. But America just doesn't produce good white fighters and interestingly, they only did BEFORE black people got into boxing.

I mean, when one thinks of American boxing, one doesn't actually think of American boxing, because white Americans can't fight and haven't been able to fight since black Americans hgot into boxing. When one thinks of American boxing, one thinks of black boxing. White Americans are a nonfactor in international boxing.

Rocky Marciano is on the list. Butterbean is on the bottom of the list for a reason, he sucks. You're just a white American guy who have a hard time accepting reality. Let's forget racism cus I want you to answer me a question now.

Why did all these "great" white fighters like Greb and Pep ONLY matter BEFORE black people started boxing? They fought in a closed and limited era and fought only between white Americans, which we see today is the weakest nationality in boxing.

Why don't you respect Quarry more than them? He didn't fight in the preblack era and he still did very good.
