I think people should appreciate the fact that Crawford absolutely wants to fight the best, something that is not true for all the top fighters in boxing. And now he has the big unification fight coming up. Also, he has clearly improved over the last few fights. Often people say a fighter has improved and it is not always true but Crawford has. He has that rare gift of being slick, solid defense, and yet exciting as hell.

He beat only one elite boxer (who was way too short for the division). Superstar? When? By beating C level boxer?
Gamboa is 5' 5", majority of lightweights are around the 5' 8" mark. Serious question, does it really make much of a difference? Zlaticanin is only 5' 4" and he's now a world champion, albeit not fighting decent opposition.

Provodnikov? Again, why would you want to fight him?

You're fighting a unification against the best in your weight class. Why are you even talking about Herrera, Provodnikov and Pacquiao?
Have you thought maybe he is trying to sell a fight?

Exactly! In all reality Who the F would want to fight Postol? T Bud is trying to become something when you have all these other pretenders fronting. T Bud isnt fighting Lamont Peterson or Andre Berto, he is fighting an undefeated Champ in his same weight division that no one wants to fight. This is a tough/even fight. I think Crawford is going to shine though, Postol wont be able to wrap Crawford up, that switch hitting is to hard to gauge and tie up.

"Pound for pound superstar Terence Crawford (28-0, 20KOs) has admitted that his future lies up at welterweight."
