I had never heard of the kid before and assumed he was just an opponent to make Fonfara look good. Needless to say I was shocked as well but you can damn sure bet I'll be tuning in to his next fight.

And the kid just seemed to humble and happy after the fight that how could you not love him?

I've always thought Fonfara's casual defense would catch up with him. Never thought it would be from someone I've never heard of though.

Look at it this way, if someone was going to ko your boy, might as well be a hard working Long Island kid who can finally quit construction and pursue the dream. Gotta love boxing.
