Khan is damaged goods circa 2012. He is in less of a level than brook. Do I think he's better? Yes, but brook hasn't been KTFO 4 times. Get off your horse (full of dynamite) and realize how much you can add to your legacy by showing up and winning at home.

Also, what is this legacy that he speaks of leaving behind? The only way it looks is that hes trying to get beat in the most spectacular way possible in as many fights as he can (although not by Brook of course). Khan took the Alvarez fight on the assumption that a loss at the higher weight against a bigger opponent wouldn't damage his stock. He was misguided.

A fighter that genuinely believes he can overcome tests in his own division and win titles in big money fights doesn't jump two weight classes and sacrifice himself on Golden Boy's altar.

He's damaged his negotiating position for this fight. The best he can hope for now is beating Garcia and this fight becomes huge again (assuming that Brook wins his upcoming unification bout).

If Danny starches him it's over and he may as well have gone out to Brook for a bigger purse. It's the end game now, one more false move and there's nowhere left to go.
