How can you prove someone is a PED cheat in court you dumb **** ?

BTW, I do accept that Pac was clean when he fought Mayweather.

      Know why ?

Because he took the test, you utter fool.

That is how you prove you are clean.

Like I said in 2010, when Pac's career is done, he will be cashed out..... he will suddenly agree to testing, and Mayweather will outclass him..... and that is exactly what happened.

Pac had to throw 1200+ punches to beat Mayweather, and a clean Pacquiao aint doing nothing like that.

Malignaggi/Atlas/Mayweather/etc..... were ALL correct about Pac!

Hey, just wondering..... did it hurt more when Pacquiao got decapitated, or when lil'G-string ducked Ward?

Umm... At 25 yrs old Canelo has a resume that few fighters can match at his age while Lil G best W is against a pillow fist Martin Murray, wow... How old is he again? 35 right unless your hero starts daring to be great he'll be remember as the next Jermaine Taylor the last man to unify the middleweight division
I never said anything about making a legacy. He could if his mandatories would face him. Cotto and Canelo. Dont worry Canelo will always be remeber for getting schooled by Mayweather and Vacating the WBC title.

How did that case turn out, hmm? I ask the question because it's a legit question. If you can prove me otherwise, I will believe you. But so far, there's been nothing to disprove this fact: FMJ & GBP settled out of court instead of trying to prove Pac's PED use. How can you deny that???
Nah man. I thought you were capable of objective debate on previous subjects. You don't have a clue about how the world works. I'm not being mean and I give you the benefit of the doubt for trolling.

Top Rank (Arum) are law pros. He and his team could easily swing reasonable doubt that before a grand jury that anything Floyd says is rubbish, but because it's libel, it doesn't matter.

That court case isn't proving that Mayweather is wrong. He can have an opinion. Freedom of speech. Just political game tactics to not hurt Top Rank's prestige. Doesn't change the fact that Floyd was right regardless of paying the libel fee. Only idiots think that solved anything.

There's a reason why in American popular culture lawyers are considered scum and money grubbing whores. Any American can tell you this. Common practice..

Exactly. FMJ & GBP made those accusations knowing full well they didn't have a leg to stand on. That's why they had to settle. Mind you, if they had gone to court & tried to fight it there, they would have had to open up both fighter's drug testing history. But they refused because FMJ is the one who has something to hide, not Pac. And we're not even bringing up the illegal IV FMJ used.

The question then becomes, when FMJ paid off USADA to let him cheat, why didn't he pay them to lie on their official report too?

And how can Malignaggi, Atlas, & FMJ be correct about Pac when they all said he was on PED's? The logic doesn't make sense. And Malignaggi works for Showtime, so it's hard to believe his boxing analysis when he's doing his job of defending a Showtime fighter.

I would have loved to see a rematch to put a bunch of these issues to rest. But FMJ retired yet again. If there is blame, it is on FMJ.

And yet Canelo still the face of the sport and will continue headlining PPV's. In the meantime Lil G will continue to cry about how everybody ducking him while avoiding Lara and Ward because he never actually meant everyone from 154-168 just bums like Chavez Jr or retired pros like Froch, LOL. I wish someday lil G grows a pair and dare to be great because his time is running short eventually time catches up to everyone.

Even with all that, am I to believe that FMJ couldn't hire a high-priced lawyer to compete? It felt more like FMJ was saying whatever the heck he wanted to say, then GBP & their advisers having to clean up the mess he made. FMJ could have proven he was right in court. FMJ & GBP has more than enough money to get their own team of high-priced lawyers to fight Arum's group. But they didn't. Even more so, they could have counter-sued. FMJ was wrong to accuse Pac of PED's, and he was more wrong when he had to settle out of court for a "substantial" amount. His mouth was writing checks he couldn't cash. And he made it worse by making the accusation without a shred of evidence. Just hearsay. If someone at your work started telling everybody that you use drugs, wouldn't you want justice as well? Negotiations could have been a completely civil thing. But GBP let FMJ say & do whatever the heck he wanted to say & do. And what FMJ was doing felt more like tactics to acquire even more advantages in the ring. Hard to ignore it.
