Eubank has fantastic talent but once he loses to GGG he will be a bum to people. People will say why does nelo beat greats like Lara, trout, cotto, khan whilst GGG beats bums like murray, lemiuex, eubanks etc
If the chin is there, and Eubank Jr has shown that he's willing to fight, Golovkin isn't in as much of a gimme fight as folks seem to be thinking; Golovkin is there to be hit, he doesn't fight all that well when faced with actual incoming fire, Eubank is the physically bigger man with pop, and Eubank would be walking into the fight at/near his utter physical prime.

I'm not a big fan of Eubank but finally some one steps up. This was getting tedious. I wish him all the best.

I won't dump on this fight.....

..... but I will dump on the lame ass-holes who try to call that a great win.

It's an " ok " fight, and will likely be an " ok " win for Golovkin.

He may have a great chin but the way GGG breaks guys down, his chin may only help so much.

He can break guys down with good body work. He has a great methodical, sustained attack and cuts off the ring very well. I think he'll stop him within 10.....

I agree, but the one aspect I see as being interesting is that Golovkin gets hit and Eubank has a little power. Guys like Lemieux were too slow and sloppy to land much but Chris will at least get in some shots and it'll be interesting to see how Golovkin handles it. I think it'll look similar to the Murray fight but more heated since Murray has zero power.

I agree that Golovkin finishes him, probably around rd 8. But, it's at least a more interesting fight than anything Genady has ever had.

It interesting for sure. Ive only seen Eubank fight a little bit so hopefully he can really give Golovkin a great fight. I just cant see him winning though. I have a feeling GGG will be able to answer anything Eubank has. I was hoping Lemiuex was going to give him hell but GGG just beat him down behind a good jab.

But with other guys at 160 seemingly off the table, then it's a fight worth making.

I rate Eubank, but he can be hit. O'Sullivan and Blackwell caught Eubank with some nice shots..if Golovkin landed them, it would be goodnight.
That's only coz Eubanks showed total disrespect for them, that's literally the only reason those guys were able to land those one or two flush shots they landed on Eubanks, either when he was clowning them around (while he was still inside the pocket, smh, fool gotta get rid of that habbit) or when he was tee-ing off a long ass combination on em with total disregard for counters.

Those are scenarios I don't see panning out on a GGG fight, though given how arrogant these dude is, wouldn't be surprised if he gets dropped because of that same ish.

The Eubank team really believe they could beat GGG.

Either delusion or they have spotted something, i'm oddly intrigued by this fight but still think it'll be a GGG win

I think it would be as good fight foir ggg and it is interesting. But just concerned even though a tough and dangerous fight for GGG, eubanks will be considered a bum win. Whilst khan is a greasgreast win for nelo? GGG is held to different standards

Eubank has size & strength so he'll be able to wrestle with Golovkin to neutralize some of that pressure. He has good power so he can get Golovkin's respect. He has excellent stamina so he can throw all night, and he seems to have a legit chin. This is a real fight.
