Didn't the WBC already say that Khan would be Garcia's mandatory regardless of the outcome of the Canelo fight? If he really wants the fight there doesn't seem to be much chasing needed.
Personally I think Khan fares much better at 147 vs Garcia but I don't know if he can get the W. Would watch the fight for sure though.

It is not his Chin it is his **** reflexes that gets him Knocked Out, all you have to do is let your hands go when he let his hands go and you will catch him because while he is fast his reflexes are some of the worse I've ever seen from a boxer which is why Khan gets caught with something EVERY FIGHT. Him, Glen Tapia, David Price people base their chin but it is not the chin it is their reflexes or lack up that gets them knocked out

Proof of his **** reflexes, notice how when Khan gets knocked out or drop it is usually the exact same way with his Arms flinging around because he is so busy trying to get off with his speed also he drops his arms A LOT:
