I understand Jermell/Hatley, but J-Rock is ranked #1 for Jermall's IBF belt. Andrade's promoter is saying that they'd like to go after Lara or Jermall, but Jermall already had a voluntary his last fight (Trout).

At least they're trying to have him back in the ring in October. Maybe Andrade could be matched up against Soro or Ishe Smith.
