        Ruslan should drop Diaz with the quickness! The guy is not that helpful and is inconsistent with his work as a trainer! In their first fight together he had Provo work behind a jab and attack the body with FEINTS, feints I tell ou! Then he doesn't instruct Provo to do none of those thi ngs but just "throw more punches" or "you need to step it up"

        Going back to Roach would work since Pacquiao has retired now.

          He should go back up to 147. The Bradley fight showed he belongs there.

            Who's looked more useless in a fighter's corner – Joel Diaz with Provodnikov (in the Molina fight), or Robert Garcia with Donaire (in the Rigondeaux fight)? Tough to call. One's saying "You gotta throw more punches!", whilst the the other splutters "Come on Nonito, we gotta... We gotta do something, man!" :durr1:

                Provodnikov needs a PERMANENT hiatus from Joel Diaz. One of the worst trainers in the sport. Ruslan is limited anyway, he doesn't need a very limited trainer on his team.

                  Exactly, he's clearly stronger there. Idk why his camp keeps dropping him to 140.
