I don't post often but I read a lot and haven't seen too much talk about this fight. What I have gleamed suggest many posters feel Cuellar will be the end of Mares. A quick Cuellar search tells me he stopped a shot Darchinyan and he stopped Juanma. Are those his best wins? Why are folks concluding that this should be the end of Abner Mares?

I think Cuellar beats Mares too but I don't think it will be the end of his career. Mares is still somewhat marketable and will sell. I just feel he is too small for featherweight, I'd prefer him at super bantam v Quigg/Frampton and a few others.
