The Ring lost credibility once Golden Boy Promotions bought them. I will agree though that Loma is one of the top 10 in the world, don't need the ring to tell me that, dude is a beast

^^^^^cant really take their list serious since Collins left....its owned by Oscar who is a promoter....Loma is top ten, anyone with a brain can see that...the kid has skills.

Personally I'd have him, Inoyue in to replace 2 other guys on their list.

I think Loma belongs but Inoue does not. He's coming off a layoff and his last victory was not impressive. He needs a few years to mature. By age 25, he could be a powerhouse though - especially if he does well against Chocolatito, even if he loses.

rankings never make any sense. corrales who had fought at 130 many times just destroyed undefeated uchiyama who was ranked #1 and corrales is only ranked #5. loma has one fight in the division and he beat rocky martinez who was coming off a loss and he's at #3 in the division?

Joining boxing greats such as Adrien Broner and Robert Guerrero.

            Congratulations Lomachenko

You better get accustomed to see him there, Loma's not leaving that list until he retires

he should be. that kid is f#cking incredible. that they'd have the balls to have the 155 lb champ, canelo, ahead of lomachenko on a p4p list is hysterical.

lomachenko can easily be argued into the top 5.

                gonzalez
                kovalev
                golovkin
                ward
                lomachenko.

i think lomachenko even fits in there above ward, but i'm giving it to ward based on his track record, and the idea that he should be getting better as he adjusts to 175 and gets back into fighting regularly after several years as a part timer.

Loma ahead of Danny garcia is criminal. He has all the tools, but I think it's a little too soon.

When it comes to rankings the eye test is valued over resume. I don't know if you're American or follow college football. Before college football implemeted the BCS the rankings were based on media and coaches picking who they thought were the best teams. More often than not the #1 and #2 teams would never face each other. After the #1 and #2 teams played their final game of the season the coaches and media would determine who was the best team. Teams could run up the score against lesser teams and play in a weak conference and become national champs. Boxing p4p lists reminds me of those days.
