Canelo #1 P4P too... a joke http://boxrec.com/records
Boxrec Rates Mayweather Jr. as TBE!!!

Holy ****, when did that change? I remember us all discussing this before and Mayweather was somewhere around 7. Mayweather and Pacquiao greater than Ali? Hah!
They must have changed the way they do career ratings by a lot, because a lot of other fighters are also in far different slots than they were the last time I checked it. EG Roy Jones Jr was nowhere near 10.Last edited by BrometheusBob.; 06-14-2016, 07:25 PM.Comment

They also have a 'What If' feature that guesses the odds of two fighters against each other.
Mayweather 99% to beat SRL (Also Pacquiao and Khan 99% to beat SRL. BR is convinced SRL is ass I guess).
Pacquiao 80% to beat Amir Khan (That might be right if Khan had a chin).
Pacquaio 50/50 with Canelo Alvarez (I wonder if they adjust for weight at all)
Thurman 50/50 with Porter (Sure)
Brook 70% to beat Vargas (Maybe this feature isn't totally useless)Comment

a while back I created my own rankings based on boxrec data (only up to 2014). I included factors like years in the ring magazine top 10, years as a champion, elo rating, win / ko percentage. Before you make fun of the rankings and say Tim Bradley is better than Marvin Hagler click on combined to get the rankings based on all factors. you can sort by any of the individual factors or adjust how important they are. Also I know this is flawed because multiple boxers with the same name were grouped together. but I think it is pretty cool to play around with and both Floyd and Manny should be up there based on the factors I calculated.
