It really sucks that we went from Garcia and Thurman to prospects. Might as well have kept Friday Night Fights around. PBC is putting all the good fights back on Showtime, which defeats the entire point of bothering to put boxing back on free TV to begin with.

I thought it was pretty obvious that in his first year of rolling out this series, Haymon would spread the wealth and see what network would bite. So we saw guys like Wilder, Thurman, Garcia, etc. fighting all over the place. I think the picture's a little clearer now.

Besides, hbo gets paid subscribers for all of there ratings. What does PBC get? Nothing! Not even any real advertising revenue! That's why they are cheeping out on the headline fights. There's no money coming in!
But Great business plan, PBC plan is going just as planned, right?
