Real champ because he won a vacant belt? And I'll say it again Crolla is a bigger money fight against a fighter who is on most rankings higher then Dejan and has a REAL belt. So how you ducking a fighter when more people want to see him fight someone else more proven and who brings more cash to the table? That's like saying Thurman is ducking Spence by fighting Porter. Spence might end up being better then Porter but there is way more money on the table and Porter has done more in boxing for people to be more excited in that fight. Only a few hardcore fans know or care about Dejan and he can't sell out an arena.

If Linares pulled out the Dejan fight and fought some bum unranked fighter instead you might have a case about ducking. But he's fighting a world champ who is higher ranked and brings far more money to the table. One guy fills arenas the other guy fights on the undercards of much smaller arenas. This is essentially a unification fight with the true WBC champ facing the WBA champ. Isn't this what we complain about the top champs not fighting each other enough in boxing?
