Comments Thread For: Eubank Jr: Golovkin is NOT Best at 160, I'll Fight Him Tomorrow!

Chris Eubank Jr. is offended that people are calling Gennady 'GGG' Golovkin (35-0, 32KOs) the best middleweight fighter in the sport. Golovkin, recognized as one of the best pound-for-pound fighters in the sport, holds the WBA, IBF, IBO and WBC middleweight world titles.

Golovkin does not deserve to be called the best MW in the sport right now!!? GTFOH Eubank.. You need the fight after a coupdle of tune ups and you talk smack when you aren't ready ??
It's one thing to be confident and the other to be butt hurt when someone is conceived better than you.. Smdh..

If he has the chin his dad had, we may see GGG's first opponent to see the final bell in ages.

I favor GGG but because of Eubanks hand speed, combos, power and good uppercuts and hooks we'd see ggg take some shots we havent seen him take. 160 isnt running crazy with punchers or fighters who can stand their ground and earn his respect at times.

GGG is great hunting, when he gets inside he doesnt always work and is hittable.

Eubanks should get more experience under his belt but if he wants the fight its fine by me. At least he is world rated and it wouldnt be another no name

Eubank isnt doing himself any favours
I think he has the tools to give GGG problems but he still needs world class opposition under his belt, the only world class boxer he fought he lost too

This is what ive been saying for years now, i finally believe it to be the truth.

Even if its half as good, he will still have one of the best chin's in all of boxing.
              His fathers chin was INSANE.

If he had a little more pop in his shot's he would/will be an absolute beast.

People are missing the point when they say ' he has no defence doe'

yeah he chooses to fight the way, he could easily fight on the backfoot picking them off from range, he certainly has the technical ability, but he chooses to be an entertainer. which is the no.1 reason im a fan

I think Eubank Jr would go 12 with GGG.

Which is further than I think any other middleweight would go.

he is fun to watch...i just dont think he is ready for GGG. He has some of the tools to beat him but I dont think he is seasoned enough. He'd have to fight the perfect fight. Idk if eubanks has the discipline to box in spots, stand his ground in spots, and counter when needed. He has blew out his opponents in all the fights i watched save BJS

he has improved massively since BJ, and would smash him in a rematch.
