Narvaez is about to turn 41 and is a natural flyweight who is a very small bantamweight. Haskins is far from a star, possibly the lowest ranked of the beltholders at 118, but can't see Narvaez being anything more than a nice name on his resume and a relatively easy win at this point in Narvaez's career
