I talked to him at the Rances-Bey fight last Friday and he told me was going to go up to 154. Not sure why he has a bunch of fights at 147, kid is talented and real humble.

I think he has that same problem that Julian Williams goes through with PBC. Haymon gets them fights but he make sure they don't get near the protected champs. It's like Haymon signed Lubin so he can keep him away from Garcia,Thurman and the other PBC darlings.

Super Talent! He will be featured on NBC next week so nobody is "HOLDING HIM BACK" the guys is only 20 years old so it is no need to rush him along even though I do think he is ready. But yes he is one of the reason why I'm VERY Excited about 154, it is absolutely LOADED not just at the top but also the young guys who are on the rise like Lubin as well as Jarrett Hurd who not many are talking about either but they will be talking about BOTH real soon

Erickson Lubin is all of 20 years old, and has had his last 7 fights at 154lbs.
