    Sore hands solutions

    What is the best product to stop sore hands iv used this works a treat https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/231973282230

    I started using the gel wraps and it's helped immensely...more for bag work then sparring but still a big relief from how sore my hands used to be after putting in work...

      Winning makes a great one. That ebay one is the same as getting a thicker glove, IMO. Post this stuff in the training section though.

        I tried the gel ones they hurt more after few weeks I got on the foam coz see a lot of pros using but couldn't find it for sale anywhere so thought it was a pro thing until I seen them on eBay

          You're doing something wrong then. Probably in your wrapping. Gel is far more efficient, you need several inches of that foam to equal 1/2" of a good gel.

            It's pretty solid this foam iv got mate it's not like a bath sponge lol I'd of sent it back if it was
