I wish people would stop saying Canelo will win or he's not scared. I think that's playing into his team decision to hold off as long as possible.

There's absolutely no benefit from him saying Canelo wins.

There's more benefit for him if GGG goes on to beat Canelo, Jacobs, Saunders, Jack, DeGale, etc. There is such an element in boxing where a loss can become less and less of an impact on your resume, the more that fighter who beat you keeps beating top names. If GGG beats Canelo, Monroe's loss to GGG won't look as bad. If Canelo beats GGG, that would really be GGG's first elite fighter and he loses, then Monroe's loss looks worse

      I know right.

How could saying that possibly benefit Monroe.

GGG fans won't understand, they aren't used to fighters who keep it real.

Lol Monroe is a joke. He happily accepted a consolation prize of winning 2 rounds before quitting vs GGG.. Thats the bright proud spot on hia resume. . I won 2 rounds vs ggg lol..
Dude was so proud after the fight. Youd think he had win looking at post interviews

but he didn't win 2 rounds. every round he was dominated in but 1. that round could have gone eitehr way monroe might have won it with a nice rally although ggg dominated it from a time perspective monroe's clean shots at the end probably stole it. no other round was even competitive.

Canelo might do good to bad he doesn't have the balls you did. But Monroe is delusional if he thinks he did great in the fight. You had moments that lasted less then 20 seconds. After that you quit, didn't want that work anymore.

lil'G is trying to break Hopkins record without fighting a world-class opponent.

These clowns are going to insinuate that Hypekin is better than Hopkins for beating Murray and Lemieux, I can just see it.

If that happens, that little fairy will be jumping for joy as he cuddles his gennady-doll..... so I wouldn't listen to any of his rubbish.

There is some debate, he's listed at 5'9.

Although height isn't what we judge boxers on, it's weight.

If he waits two to three years, sure, and we'd be right.

GGG ISNT CRATING HI OWN WEIGHT CLASS. He isn't telling telling fans he'll fight Canelo and backing out.

No one chickened from Ward. At no point has Ward wanted an immediate fight against GGG. Ward wanted GGG to wait for him. When Ward wants GGG without a year and half buildup, let me know.

So campaigning to fight Canelo is setting the bar low?

But Caneko fighting Khan and now Smith, what's that, trailblazing,

                Yes he did !

Golovkin created the " anyone from 154-168 " division.....

Then he moved to the " anyone from 156-164, except Lara " division

Here we go again. Anyone who holds an opinion that Golovkin isn't the boogeyman gets attacked. Monroe gave his professional opinion. It happens to be legitimate. Few comments discussing the actual boxing behind his opinion. Unfortunately, that's typical of most hardcore Golovkin fans.
