shame that this guy wasted his talent in the amateurs. i really think he could have been the goods. great power at lower weights, once in a generation reflexes, i really think he had the goods to be a great pro. but he wasn't. he came to pro boxing too late, and never learned how to fight in a style that is entertaining and violent in addition to being dominant.

he did have one great win as a pro. donaire was one of the top p4pers in teh world.

      Are you for real ?

It's a housewife post because I get that Framton would rather fight Quigg in a huge UK unification fight follow that up by move up in weight and have a headliner at Barclays in another big fight and win or lose probably have a shot at Selby in another huge domestic fight

3 bigger $ fights all headliners , less risk vs 1 legacy fight for no real $ , for the hardcore boxing fans that won't attend the fight and watch it on a stream

Frampton doesn't owe the fans sh.it and I'm sure if Rigo was the biggest $ fight Frampton would be down to throw down . I'm a Rigo fan and would love to see him fight LSC , Frampton , Loma or any other top dog but he's viewed as to much of a threat so unless he changes his team or moves up in weight or gives other concessions to get big fights made he probably isn't getting the good names it sucks but that's boxing and it's the way it's always been.

You can accept that and look forward to LSC / Frampton a wicked fight or act like a little b.itch and pound on your keyboard crying that Rigo deserves a fight because he's the best even though he hasn't done sh.it for 2-3 years and has no momentum and brings nothing financially to the table

I rather be the person who can look at the situation honestly then the guy not being realistic about the situation going off emotion of the way things are supposed to be. That's some female bi.tch housewife sh.it to me

Just about everyone on Roc Nation is not going far with getting fights with the exception of Ward, and if he didn't get an agreement to fight Kovalev, he would be on the same boat.

                  Yeah man I agree

Cottos getting jerked around for his retirement fight
Wards might not get another tune up before KOv
Harrison's isn't really getting any buzz and should have lost to Dallas

Roc must hand out huge signing bonuses or something plus it seems other promo companies aren't huge fans of the Roc. On The Roc / HBo side the only name opponets for Rigo I see are Quigg, Donaire, Valez , Loma( Too big ?) Walters ( Way to big ) & Valdez in PBC side I see ( LSC, Frampton, Russell, Cueller, Quigg , Selby , Mares , Wake /Gonzalez winner )

I'm a fan of his and it sucks it just seems like one setback after another as far as his career , at this point I think everyone's just waiting for him to get old before people throw their fighters in the ring with him : I'm watching him regardless

They aren't really doing many deals with Roc Nation and these fighters should have known that going in before signing. Rigo should have went with Haymon and Andrade could have done the same thing. I have no idea why Cotto did it, he should be able to call his own shots.

Remember when there was a possibility that Broner could have signed with Roc Nation?
