All the time unfortunately. A lot of fighters I've met said they browse the boards and get real mad over some of the poster comments.

I'm sure many do, for about 5 seconds until they see some idiot posting, "Fraud Mayweather PED king" or "Pαktαrd fans crying fk you" threads with 10 pages of replies, then they pretty much leave for good. None of my friends can tolerate how bad this place has gotten, I can't imagine professionals having any interest in reading the venom spewed here.

Hopefully Haymon or his people will start cruising around here when we get closer to the Wilder vs Arreola & Jacobs vs Mora II fights to pick up some tips. Love the concept of PBC & fights on free TV becoming a thing again, but those are some ****** ass fights for some guys on the cusp of gaining a bigger audience with the right fights & they aren't being given the right fights if those opponents are legit their next ones.

I can't imagine people investing/betting hundreds of thousands & millions into boxing each year would be so thin skinned to avoid sites like this & social media to gauge public perception better on a multitude of topics. There are idiots everywhere, but there are far more reasonable people than idiots just about everywhere as well. Granted its not likely you'd need to put in much time on a forum or on social media digging super deep on every possible subject, but its nice to know what way the wind is blowing & the temp if you are going outside.
