...suerte! As long as Martinez is willing to trade, it should be a good fight, but I think Loma has too much skills for Martinez...this guy Loma made history in the amateurs, and is also doing it in his pro career. Martinez watched a green Loma fight Salido once...Loma watched two different fights between an experienced Martinez vs. Salido...who wins?
The way I figure, Martinez never lost to Salido. Loma picked on Salido late in Salido's featherweight stage, he was drained. I think Martinez faced a refreshed Salido @130 and the Vargas fight only confirms it. Loma almost knocked Salido down (some fans say he almost KO'd him), Martinez Knocked him down and Salido proved he was not so easy to KO. Martinez is not a TBA killer, like Loma's best win, I like his chances.

Wrong.... Salido came in above the weight limit when he fought Loma. That doesn't look like "Drained" to me.

Let's address some of your points. I'm assuming you're PR?
Officially Martinez has never lost to Salido, but let's be honest and not biased, he should have lost that second fight. The fight was competitive in the early rounds, but Salido took over in the middle rounds. The first fight was close, I thought Salido won more of the rounds, but he got dropped twice and got a point deduction so that was the difference in the fight.
Why do people keep saying Salido was weight drained when he didn't even try to make the weight? He wasn't even close. He was nearly 3 pounds above the Featherweight division; remember there is only a 4 pound difference from Featherweight to Super Featherweight.
Anyway I hope we get a good fight. Martinez brings it and is a tough dude. He's given all of his opponents tough fights. I'm interested in seeing how Lomachenko handles him.
If Martinez fails to beat Vasyl there is always Pedraza and Verdejo that could try to avenge that defeat for PR.
It'll make for interesting stories, I'm sure.
Are you willing to make a small bet on this fight? I got Lomachenko.
Lomachencko is one of the most highly skilled boxers in any division. He hasn't done nearly enough to earn it yet but realistically, purely in-terms of skills, he belongs in the P2P top 5.

I am not PR, I am a boxing fan. I try to stay objective, look at both sides of the story. I appreciate how hard it is to be an underdog, a presumed victim, and still do a painful job. It's easy to be a fan of the big hitters and the fancy boxers, Floyd, Pac, 3G, Berchelt, they have the odds with them. Sooo.... Speaking of odds. Loma will be the favorite, I'd want some points or rounds. Loma will not KO Martinez and he won't shut him out. What's your proposition?
Not sure that will work but Martinez has the right idea. Martinez has a great chin, he will need it because he tilt's forward and lunges in and can be hit. But he would have to just move non-stop forward to have a chance. Still, I see Lom winning because of footwork and speed and he uses angles which is very difficult for a fighter with Martinez's straight forward style.
