Hope for once they will secure this guy a world title in UK, why not a well deserved rematch with Sturm for the WBA belt?

He'll have to beat Groves first, not an easy task, Martin is good but Groves is bigger and might outgun him.

Yeah, with different judges he could actually have wins over Martinez, Abraham and Sturm and be a 2 weight world champ, that would probably be the best resume out of every British fighter around today.

He's a very underrated fighter that's been on the wrong end of some bad/close decisions. I thought he beat Sturm and Martinez. I personally don't think he did enough against Abraham actually, but i've seen those decisions go the other way. Even if you didn't think he won any of those, they were extremely close and nobody could say it would be a total robbery if he got the decisions.

Nobody has or will do to him what GGG did anytime soon, unless he becomes very shot.

Strum tested positive for anabolic steroids after that absolute joke of a decision over Chudinov. Not sure what is going on with it atm, but I doubt he is still champ after it all shakes out.

Golovkin at this point is the only one to clearly beat Murray. Murray like Herrera got robbed of being lineal champ in their division. He more than deserved that decision against Martinez. I thought he beat Sturm and Abraham as well. Golovkin dominating Murray is a damn good and underrated win.

Exactly! Who is Murray to compare two guys that he fought? Who is he to think that Golovkin is a better boxer or punches harder just because he knocked down Sergio and Gennady KOed him. I mean, just look at their resumes. That says it all...lol

Why??? This dude is like 0-4 in all major title fight belts. If anything I would take the OPPOSITE of who thinks is going to win in a major fight. He's the Buffalo Bills of Superbowls

God damn , Golovkin is a bad ass but their have been a lot of bad asses and they all all lost at some point except for a rare few. He will lose as well I reckon and it may be guy nobody is looking at. Let's not elevate him to god mode just yet.

Yeah bruh, Triple G is a beast. The haters hate for no reason. Every big name ducked him. If Ward really wanted that fight, he would've took it at 64.

Martin Murray said that he couldn't find a ***** in GGG's armour but was still willing to step up and fight him. I rate Murray very high as a fighter. He took a lot of punishment in that fight. At the post press conference GGG looked like he had just sparred several rds and Murray looked liked he had been in with a gorilla.
GGG has no equal atm and I think he still has a lot of good years yet.

                      T. B. E. The Best Ever. We haven't seen anyone dominate like this. You have defensive fighters who win almost every round by potshotting and holding, and by that definition they are dominant, but when have we seen an offensive fighter like this who wins every round even though he actually fights clean, and also KOs his opponents?

We've seen defensive fighters who win every round with cheap tactics, but don't hurt their opponents. We've seen knockout punchers who don't win every round, but eventually catch and hurt their opponents and KO them. We've rarely seen a fighter who wins every round, and then KOs his opponents, all while fighting clean, never initiating holds, and never running or potshotting.

We've also seen KO artists before, but with bad chins. When have we ever seen a boxer who was at the same time the biggest KO artist in boxing, but also the best chin, statistically, in boxing? He's a rocket launcher and an iron wall in the same fighter. He wins every round, which means his boxing and points ability is the best. He KOs everyone, which means his ability to hurt and knock guys out is the best. And he's never been knocked down, which means his invulnerability is the best.

Just simply the best ever. He may not ever get to big fights because everyone ducks him, but statistically, and on ability, you can tell he's second to none. Imagine little Sugar Ray Leonard trying that gameplan he tried vs Hagler against GGG. Hagler couldn't consistently cut off the ring all night. GGG cuts off the ring on everyone. He would have killed the body early. And many consider SRL the best ever. Well GGG is on another level at 160. He's getting old now but the guy who fought Proksa was as close to unbeatable as any prize fighter you'll ever see. There's a reason Danny Jacobs and Canelo keep ducking him.
