Garcia waiting for the Porter/Thurman winner? That would take a minimum of three months before the first presscon is held. That would also be a looong layoff for Garcia whose last fight was five months ago. Even then you'd be lucky to see it get made in three months. And if it happens in December, then Garcia has almost reached a one-fight-a-year status.

Garcia would obviously have an interim fight in August/September, maybe against Berto, which is a horrible fight
