    Considering all the talent that dwells at 147, those resumes look rather anorexic. They all either have one good win and a bunch of lukewarm ones or just a bunch of "meh" wins.

        Khan and Matts don't count for Danny's welterweight resume. I guess you can count Peterson cause that was at a catchweight

              If that's the case then the obvious answer would be Danny Garcia. His wins over Matthysse, Khan and Peterson trump anything any other current title holder at 147 has done in their career.

                  I've gotta go with Garcia over the others on a better resume, albeit his best wins were at light welterweight. I think Bradley is the best in the division even though he doesn't hold a title.
