If you think he goes up to 180 you just a phucking ******. He says he goes up about 15 pounds give or take. First it was 15 pounds 2 months ago you ggg fans upped it and say its 20 pounds and now today its 25? By next month you will be swearing he goes up to 190. He aint no alien transforming his body by 30 pounds over night. LMAO And really i could care less how much water weight he adds overnight which is not uncommon. This has been going on in boxing forever and yet nobody says other fighters should be fighting in the weight class they rehydrate to.

And if you truly dumb enough to think he is 180 on fight night then he must be doing serious damage to his body and weakening himself at 155. and if ggg is "smaller" then him he should have no problem making 155 too and taken advantage of the "bigger" drained canelo. So why ain't ggg doing that? SMH like I said if you think canelo is a middleweight despite never fighting higher then 155 you a fool and if you think he is bigger then ggg you just ignoring facts.

People were constantly telling Khan that Khanelo used to weight almost 180 on the fight night, and he used to say that also. People say he barely makes 155, so it explains how much weight he can gain.
And it's not just water weight, right after the scale i've seen on vs Lara 24/7 or wahtever shiiit is that, his trainers make him a shake of fruits, chocolate, and every other sweet stuff. If not 180, 175 for real, but 180 still possible imo.

Dude he don't weigh no 180. Chavez who is like 5 inches taller then canelo and in catch weight fights ABOVE 160 was stepping into the ring 180lbs and canelo looks like a little child next to chavez. Gilberto ramirez who is 6'2 a HUGE super middleweight who will likely move to light heavyweight at some point steps on unofficial scales topping 180. Unless you think canelo is the same size as ramirez that is plain bull**** canelo ain't no 180 on fight night. And he weight 154 and half just last year against Kirkland. He is not struggling to make 155 that horse crap too. Go watch his weigh in for khan and cotto. He makes that weight easy.

And again you can go through each weight class one by one and find fighters who rehydrate a ton crawford, ramirez, maidana, porter, spence, trout, lemiux, thurman, charlo, ect and NOBODY says that these guy should be fighting at the rehydrated weight despite all going up as high as 2 weight classes on fight night.

Once again, we have posters imposing their own different rules for different fighters.

Crawford, Maidana, Angulo, Khan, Trout, Charlo, etc...can all gain 15-20lbs before the fight and its perfectly normal. Canelo does the same and he's too big.

It's not new, Canelo has been about the most under valued top fighter in boxing all the way back before the Trout fight.

Dude literally got fools saying canelo is a middleweight and posting a pic of a unofficial weight and ignoring the fact the dude he's fighting in that pic to the right trout weighed the same yet nobody is dumb enough to call trout anything but a Jr middleweight. And you bring up facts like trout having fought half his career non title fights above 154 and for the last 2 years prior to charlo fought at 156 and 157. Yet nobody calls him a middleweight.

Crawford is 5'8 was fighting at lightweight stepping on HBO Unofficial scales weighing in the mid 150s. Not phony rumors of weights that's actually what HBO reported. Crawford just moved up to 140 and still packs on huge weight more then canelo over night and nobody says a thing. Got pics of him standing next to Floyd in street clothes and he makes Floyd look tiny and Floyd fights at 147 and 154 the last 5 years. And nobody complains. This excuse now for canelo is just hater BS

              He is a middleweight...
His on the night of the fight weight blatantly proves he is a middleweight he blows up to the same weight as Golovkin 175-180 which is a good sized middleweight!

This picture will always come up

Both men are equal in weight the difference being one is killing himself down a stupid amount of weight each and every time he picks of smaller guys from 147 and 154lbs.

Here is two similar pictures bare in mind GGG isn't as pale, being pale doesn't show up your size as good hence why in bodybuilding competition they use fake tan.

              Exibit A

              Exibit B

Answer honestly does Canelo look like a Jr Middleweight to you?
I know for certain he doesn't.

              To recap:
              • He has been fighting at 155lbs for the past 3 to 4 years
              • 155lbs is middleweight
              • He can't make 154lbs If he could well why isn't he fighting at 154?
              • He weighs 175 to 180lbs on the night of the fight same as GGG
              • He looks the same size as GGG
              • When Canelo fights Jr MW guys he DWARFS them in size!

                1) Nope... There's The Ring (lineal) belt at 160 on the line...
                2) Nope... Golovkin started as a light welter, at the amateurs (In 2000, he was the Light Welterweight Gold Medalist at the World Junior Championships in Budapest)...

Canelo is forcing fighters to stipulate the fight into his favour that's the difference 3 to 4 years of catchweights at the very least guys like Crawford and all the others you mention MAKE their weight and they don't claim to be the weight division below them just because they can't make the weight anymore.

All those guys you mentioned are sticking by the rules of weight divisions and not making a mockery of the sport unlike Canelo who is trying to fashion his own weight division fair enough he is allowed to have catchweight fights but the whole damn idea of a catchweight fight is to prepare, PREPARE!!! to move up to the weight division which is intended for you because you can no longer make the one you were previously at.

Canelo would appear set to return to 154 (as I said he would) and his team say he can make the weight comfortably which I don't doubt given how comfortably he made 155..

He goes back to 154, he makes the weight and he fights guys like Smith, Andrade, Charlo, etc...its what he should be doing, yet people will still complain.

At 154, he was smaller than Trout, the same size as Angulo, smaller than Kirkland, he would be smaller than Charlo...what's the difference?

The question lingers why did he fight as many years at middleweight then?
It took a public shaming for him to MAYBE be set to finally acknowledge that If he is a Jr Middleweight that he needs to weigh 154lbs.
