The best way to differentiate the twins is that Jermall the taller of the two has full body and arm tattoos while Jermell the smaller less notorious looking one only has arm tats. If they are wearing long sleeves than just look at their faces. It's wierd because even though they are identical, Jermell looks like Jermall 2 years younger. In other words if Jermall is 30, Jermell looks like Jermall would have looked at 28. Exact same just a bit more youthful. Jermell looks like the good guy and Jermall has a sinister look. Seriously look at the pic below, it's like Jermall is the gangster version of the nice guy Jermell.
If all else fails, Jermall has a round black birth mark or skin blot on the left side of his forhead. You can't miss it in most pics and definitely not on video.
