His rise to prominence was more about potential, but that quickly transitioned to substance following a hard-fought decision win over Top 10 contender Carlos Takam. With a taste of fighting at the top level, Joseph Parker is now ready for another serving.

Got to applaud his and his management attitude here, i actually think its a career suicide but they seem serious about fight Haye. Am sure Haye the opportunist would jump at this like a rash.

Credit to them if they really want to fight Haye.

Haye should take this fight instead of Briggs. Yeah Briggs talks and sells himself but if Haye beats him, is he going to get credit? not at all.

I don't think Parker is that good, but he has heart and had some good hype. If Haye is serious about being a force in the heavyweight division, then this fight would at least having some meaning. Beating a hyped hungry young opponent is what he needs. I think even this version of Haye could possibly smash Parker now.

Still, i suspect Haye will continue to take easy fights until he lands that big Joshua fight. That's all he wants.

Agreed. Haye needs to call out Parker on this and take the fight. What is to be gained by fighting Briggs? Briggs has been flat-out trolling every named HW to try and score a shot- most had the sense to ignore him other than Haye. You want to teach him a lesson? Well take the gloves off and do it old school. Don't give the guy a pay day. This is a serious fight for Haye to get his career back on track if he wins, and he'd be mad not to take it, unless it's a fight he doesn't think he can win.

Would be a good match up, be interested to see this fight.

I think Parker wins though, Haye might be a bit out of his prime at 35 years
