And not for nothing but Cotto has taken more risk than GGG, & Mayweather.
Then why Cotto is ranked number 3 of the middleweight division by Boxrec?

What the highest GGG have been ranked as a Super Middleweight to avoid Ward?

I mean, Miguel beat the "so called best guy" Martinez at 160 (was a cripple back then), got the lineal belt, then avoided the challenger GGG, fighting Geale (GGG doesn't bring money?) and Nelo.

If you don't want to fight the best, THEN DROP YOUR ****IN CROWN and stop acting like the king.

And btw, I'm a Cotto fan, BUT I would never defend a belt kidnapping.

Look, Roy beat Ruiz at HW, then Lewis was out there, Roy vacated once he achieved his goal cuz he kne he had no business except beating a guy like Ruiz and didn't act like he should remain to HW ducking Lewis.

Let alone PARADING with the lineal belt for 2 defenses.

But all the above cherry pick. They do it now more than ever because of fanboys like you who accept it.
Is not that I'm a fan boy Diq head, but I can't stand someone calling a fighter a coward, a cherry picker & some other bull crap, when the one you are talking about, in this case Cotto, has fought over 10 world class fighters with that are world known. So, like someone else posted early he forking sure as hell is allowed to have some easy fights as well. Can you at least name a fighter today that has fought 10 or more world class world known fighters & not one cherry picker...

            Kool! but they did have cherry pickers;

            Bradley had Brandon Rios (Lightwgt)

Marquez had Serhiy Fedchenko & Likar Ramos

Too be honest Cotto, Bradley & Marquez all deserve to have easy fights as well. All of them have brought epic fights to boxing

Dude we know damn well he ain't fighting at middlewgt anymore cause he ain't a middlewgt.

              Sugar Ray:
I see your point, but Cotto is not a middlewgt, just because he is ranked don't mean a damn thing he's never weighed in a scale before a fight higher than 157 lbs. Just like GGG never weighed higher than 160 lbs on a scale before a fight. My point was to demonstrate he is no Middlewgt just like GGG is not a Super Middlewgt, regaedless if he is ranked #3.

              Sugar Ray:
Ok...first of all & listen good...It ain't Cotto's fault that Martinez had a bum knee, he should've have vacated the belt if he was not suitable to defend it. Looks like if anyone was holding the belt hostage & or was misleading us (the fans) it was Martinez (Cotto had nothing to do with that). Question Why didn't anyone step up to fight fight Martinez then? Martinez did exactly what Cotto did, he being the champ opted to fight Cotto for more money just like Cotto opted to Canelo for more money when he was the champ. It's a tough sport you gotta cash in especially when you've fought the good fights.

A valid point. But i think had Cotto beaten Canelo, he would've eventually fought GGG

promoter: Hey I have a good name. What about Golovkin?

Cotto: Golovkin? I don't like that name? What kind of name is that. That's a bad name. Now my name Cotto its a good name its a nice diva name. Khan mmm- that's a good name too. Marquez? now that's a lovely name that is. I didn't like the name Martinez before, but when his leg messed up I though about naming my kid after him it's a lovely name.
