Why aren't Ward and Lara fights doing numbers?

Every time GGG name brought up, you see Lara and Ward's name from GGG haters, but still neither can get fans to give a damn.

Lara with help of two other championship bouts couldn't break 500k on Showtimes. Ward is outpaced by GGG in his home country and state. Hell, bet GGG brings the house down in Oakland, Ward has to pass tickets out.

Why isn't all these Ward/Lara fan boys watching the fights.

GGG on HBO has averaged 1.2 million in last four HBO fights.

I thought De La Hoya and Arum had buried the hatchet. It looks like it was just Bob, though...and he was burying the hatchet in Oscar's back.

If I was Al Haymon I would keep my eyes wide open when working with Arum. Don't trust him any farther than you can throw him.

There's some truth to what Arum said, Canelo's camp hasn't done a very good job with the way they've handled the Golovkin situation.

DLH's comments seem a bit over the top, but they're probably a reflection of the pressure he's feeling at the moment both with the Golovkin fight and with what's going on in court with Canelo.

If Arum knows anything, it's how to milk his cash cow for as long as possible. DLH would be wise to take his advice.

By the way he's right about Arum. That fight took entirely to long to make and once it was fought both guys were no longer in their primes. And it left a bad taste in the mouths of both casual and hardcore fans.
But when Oscar says the GGG/Nelo fight is going to happen well before PacMay's 6 year old marinade, he's giving the fans what they want?

Sounds like to me that he just bought himself a couple of years by using the excuse that Floyd/Pac should have been made well before, as if it was all Arum's fault!

                Arum bad! Golden Boy good!

Here's a good reason to fight Canelo:

He just called him out in front of millions of boxing fans live on t.v.!

                  Another good reason:

GGG haters don't want him to take on a fighter with a known name because it would prove everything wrong about what they swore GGG was!
