                                    Another thing the article mentioned is the punitive damages in Florida. Florida is where Hulk Hogan won his lawsuit against Gawker. So if they win the $27 million plus punitive damages it could get ugly. And the judge in Florida refused to lower the punitive damages awarded to Hogan.

                                    Not speaking English is an excuse Canelo could've used if he were the plantiff trying to get out of his contract. But I don't see how that could work as a defense for Golden Boy. Golden Boy representatives spoke English. So they knew the terms of his contract when they signed Canelo.
