This is seriously easy work if Haye can remain disciplined. Yes, Briggs could be very dangerous in the early stages, but how much is he going to have left in the tank by round 4?
My advice would be for Haye to stay elusive early, keep out of distance and wrap up tight, clinch, let him walk you down, stay clear of bombs and just let him do his thing. By Round 4 start letting your hands go and watch him fall within a round. Do not get into any kind of fire fight before this. Haye doesn't have the best chin and the adrenaline will make Briggs like the Hulk until he gasses.

The more pertinent question is how much gas will he have in the tank after 2 mins of the first round and the asthma has started to kick in? LOL.
