I guess you really don't follow boxing do you? Freddie Roach has been quoted as earlier as last week that Arum ask him about a Pac/Nelo Fight. Silly boy, a Mayweather/ Nelo fight doesn't need belts their fanbase would still Buy the fight unlike Lil G fans who have shown they won't support their fighter unless is on regular cable.

Golovkin has a high rate of punches per round, more power, gets hit less. I like the fight for Golovkin, not so much for Lara. I'd rather see Lara continue his career without him being called just another bum who semi-retired after getting in the ring with the Kazakh. I like Lara as a fighter, there are jmws out there for him to fight like Andrade, Charlos, Julian Williams... at MW he should try a boxer first, like Saunders, or maybe show he can take Lemieux or Lee, someone like that. If gets in the ring with GGG for real more power to him but I doubt he has a chance.

He's not fighting Floyd, and Manny is a 140 pounder. It's a big fight, sure, maybe not, it's a huge mismatch. The media likely *****es all over that fight, with good reason. It did to khan fight and Canelo could have freaken really hurt him.

And anyone from 154-168, sure. Ward isn't 168, hasn't fought there since 2013. And Lara is not feared by GGG, he's just not serious. Considering Angulo and Canelo got to Lara's dome, k2 would jump on it in a heartbeat if it was big enough fight. But it does nothing for GGG.

By the way, no one turned down Ward. In 2014, k2 tried to get Ward, he said no. He waited until GGG was finally getting his coveted unification bouts, of which has been a goal since coming to the states. And even then Ward didn't want to fight, he wanted to lock down a fight for the future at a favorable purse.

And now it's Ward who says never, not GGG, not k2, they said when Ward is back active and is on top, let's do this. Ward says never.

I know how this fight plays out. Lara comes to move and try to land, but GGG is really good at distance, closing distance, timing, and accuracy. Take that with power and cutting off ring, he will get to Lara early and Lara will likely fall before he gets KO'd. From that point he'll start running. GGG will chase him until he traps him and either KO's him or breaks him down.

The only question is how long Lara can run from GGG without getting caught. Do fans really want to watch such a fight. Considering Lara (with Charlo and Charlo) only did 450k on showtime, I doubt it.

And the same people calling for fight will say GGG best a small guy and give him little credit.

Don't know, but he doesn't have enough power to worry GGG. And GGG will not trail unless it's after round one. As soon as he connects, which he will early, Lara will not be fighting anymore. Lara is narrow and won't know what hit him.

Shiiiit, the only legit offer that's been made from the three, GGG, Lara, Ward, was k2 and HBO approaching Ward, and he said no. And the only reason PAC and Canelo would do well, bet it would do a million though, is their fan base.

However, is a mismatch, a 160 pounder fighting a 140 pounder. Even if the 140 has beat 147 pounders, fighting Canelo is way too much.

In all his meaningless social media rants about fighting GGG, Lara has not even once mentioned that his representatives have tried contacting GGGs representatives about making a fight. There is also zero mention by Lara of asking Al Haymon for the approval of any negotiations.

Lara is obviously full of ****--- If him and his team really wanted the GGG fight, all they had to do was contact K2/ GGGs management. They have not done that in the last 1-2 years that Lara has been using GGGs name for attention.

In order for Loeffler to pick up the phone- He has to recieve a call first right? In the last 1.5-2 years that Lara has been claiming to fight GGG, him nor his team have not once contacted Loeffler/ K2 once about making this fight.

It's quite apparent that Lara and his team have no desire to truly face GGG.

Eubank, Saunders and Canelo have at least acknowledged that they have instructed their promoters to contact GGG for possible fights. Frank Warren (Saunders), Eddie Hearn (Eubank) and Oscar (Canelo) are all discussing potential fights with GGG directly w/ Tom Loeffler. That's how fights are made.

Jacobs, like Lara, is a Showtime/ PBC - Haymon advised fighter and its extremely unlikely that he will instruct Al Haymon to conduct negotiations with Loeffler/ K2 for a GGG fight.

Let's hope the WBA orders the GGG Mandatory after Jacobs interim fight in July.
