As it stands right now, GGG destroys Chavez Jr.

If Chavez Jr. goes to what he used to be till the Martinez fight, he would give Golovkin the fight of his life.

Chavez needs 3-5 fights this year. He might do 2. But he's not even a real contender from 160-175

Why does roach want to keep losing. I don't understand how he is still a hot name. I get his fighter just a bit inferior but maybe he should try going for something that's more realistic in his favor. I think his record this year plus the last cotto fight is something like 1-3 or 1-4.

It would be a fun and highly publicized fight, ppv no doubt. It would be no less competitive than Jacobs, Saunders, or Lara.

I think it will be a lot less competitive than those other fighters. I hope he doesn't take this fight or only take it when he decides to move up to smw and stay there. Chavez is a slow plodder with limited power. He's going to be walking forward all night into ggg punches. It's a terrible match up for Chavez get stop under 6 rounds.

Chavez was getting outboxed by Marcus Reyes, who's worse than Brian Vera (who also outboxed Chavez). The cool thing about Chavez/Golovkin is how Golovkin will fight Chavez in comparison to those other guys. Golovkin will look to finish Chavez, he'll go into the fire. Chavez will also be able to handle Golovkin's shots better than anyone so far.

So GGG would fight this pig but not Ward?

First off I doubt chavez can make even 168 healthy. Even if he does GGG KOs him. GGG should grow some balls and start calling out the people that duck him.

KO Chavez jr and in the post fight interview say something along the lines "At least there was one brave Mexican willing to fight me. I wonder when Canelo will take of his skirt and fight me at 160 like a man."
