You don't understand how boxing works. People want to pay to see Mayweather lose because he's an insufferable woman abuser.

GGG is the best chance at that happening. Therefore it would sell.

Casuals have no clue who Golovkin is.

Lol Canelo fight has no luster. We already seen that joke of a mismatch lol Floyd totally schooled him lol and I think he would do the exact same thing. I feel GGG vs Mayweather is huge. Mayweather has a chance to win the undisputed middleweight title and make a **** ton of money. Canelo after giving up the belt lost stock in my eyes, he didn't even do better numbers than the cotto fight and PR is a tiny island compared to where Amir is from. GGG sells out whenever he fights, Floyd man up. Ray Leonard did it, can you?

If it wouldn't have taken GGG ages to get to the top, if he would've been the man at 160 a couple of years earlier, the fight could've probably been made at a catchweight a couple of years ago, Floyd is 40 years old and he's well past it, and even if he beats GGG at 154 he won't get credit and he damn sure won't make that kinda money with a guy like GGG. A rematch against Cotto for the 160 title last September would've made perfect sense for Floyd financially and he would've won the WBC bet at 160, fighting GGG now makes no sense at all.

Just no. Floyd is too small, too old and too retired. He should just stay retired, he has very little to win but a lot more to lose. I like both G and FMJ but this fight makes zero sense.

Mayweather would make $100 million, but GGG would get a flat fee for $5 million at the most and no PPV money.
GGG has no leverage over Canelo, he would get ****d on a deal to fight Floyd.
He would be drained to 154, have a re hydration clause and Floyd would have him traveling all over during his training camp.

So what? Mayweather is a WW. Why would a retired WW, come back to fight a MW. Sanchez is the reason GGG gets all this hate.

No. Guerrero vs Floyd did 900k. None of those people thought Floyd would lose. Golovkin is nothing.
