They are still the best fighters.

Why would any boxing fan not want them to fight again?

I agree with Floyd. I thought his fight with Berto was one of his worst opponent choices in years by far & he looked yawn inducing in the fight. And I say that as a guy who's been following Floyd since he was becoming a big name in the local Grand Rapids boxing scene. Manny on the other hand had one of the best "retirement" fight I've seen in a long ass time & if he actually stays retired I thought he represented himself great. Sure it wasn't super competitive & all that, but thats Tim' fault not Manny. Manny came in & looked great. I can't think of a better way to retire than that thats actually realistic & not some boxing movie ending.

There is absolutely no reason for these two to fight again. Both have been great fighters of this era & have nothing to prove & seemingly are moving along with their lives & I wish them both luck in even having half as much success there as they had in boxing, Floyd in promotion, Manny in politics.

          Thrilla in Manila 2

Pac vs may 2 in manila, would have been a hit. It has heritage and history in that name. That would sell huge numbers. This generation of thrilla in Manila.

          Ali vs Frazier

2016 Pac May Thrilla in Manila

Floyd will never fight out of the protection of USADA and NSAC who both work to ensure he can juice and not get caught, and obtain any decision victory in any fight, so Floyd v. Manny = Floyd needs to get another waiver from USADA for being "dehydrated" again...

As a person whom attended may 2 2015, and placed $3500 on Floyd(which I thought manny won) this would be an amazing opportunity. Anther thrilla in Manila. Floyd could shut all doubts that vegas is his safe ground. The greats al traveled across the pond, will you Floyd? The Filipino and Chinese investors would fork over close to billions.

Why would Floyd go to Manila? He makes more money and won the 1st fight. Bob doesnt make sense right now...

It's not even financially rewarding enough for Pacquiao to fight guys like Rios in the Philippines but you expect it to host a fight like Mayweather-Pacquiao?
